Advanced Development Concepts, LLC (ADC) was incorporated in the State of North Carolina on September 17, 2004 by John M. Caves, a third generation construction company owner with over 28 years of experience in all aspects of turn-key site construction. Before forming ADC, he was a General Superintendent for Jones Bros. Construction based in Mount Juliet Tennessee overseeing and managing 10 utility crews and 8 grading crews (approximately 178 employees) with contracts exceeding 25 million dollars annually in 7 counties over his 10 years of employment. In addition our Senior Field Superintendent Josh Moore and Project Manager Steve Lawing have over 18 years of experience.

Field Operations commenced with 5 employees on January 1, 2005. Since that time, ADC has exponentially grown to 50+ employees and single projects exceeding $8 million dollars. Despite a down turned economy, we continue to experience growth in new market segments in 2010.  Our primary market is currently municipal expansions and improvements.  In the private market we are beginning to see an upturn, and have projects that are beginning to move forward 2nd quarter 2010.  We are a Mid-Size Residential and Commercial Turn-Key Site Development company specializing in Domestic Water, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage and Grading. Our current staff includes 4 Utility crews and 1 Grading crew and our growth continues with each new project. We also have an excellent sub-contractor base that performs items such as Paving, Curb/Gutter and Sidewalk. We are licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina with an Unlimited Classification.
